Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address in Mozambique and select your preferred payment method.
What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount, but shipping costs may vary based on order size. We recommend ordering larger quantities to make the most of shipping costs.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed and the order is processing, modifications are no longer possible.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers (BIM, Standard Bank Mozambique), and other local payment methods. All prices are displayed in Mozambican Meticais (MZN).
How does the currency conversion work?
Products are priced in South African Rand (ZAR) by suppliers. We convert prices to MZN using current exchange rates. The rate is locked when you confirm your order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location in Mozambique. Cross-border processing and customs clearance are included in this timeframe.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all major cities in Mozambique including Maputo, Beira, Nampula, and surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS. You can also track your order status in your dashboard or on our Track Order page.
What happens if customs holds my package?
All our shipments include customs clearance. In rare cases where additional documentation is needed, we'll contact you promptly. MozaMarket handles all import compliance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or are different from what was ordered. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a refund?
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of any issues. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Register' and enter your phone number. We'll send you a verification code via SMS. You can also register using email.
Why do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
KYC verification is required for compliance with cross-border trade regulations. It protects both buyers and sellers and increases your transaction limits.
